cool story about this remix - i've heard a very early preview of the song on spinnin's insta stories all the way back in may, when the him were doing a takeover

soon as i heard the chords they took me back to when i first got into the scene during 2011-12, when these harmonies were so trademark in progressive house tracks - so i recreated the chords at like 4 in the morning and made a quick progressive track out of it, which ended up being the instrumental of this remix. i never had the vocals though so i forgot that project pretty soon afterwards

fast forward to september and nothing on us finally came out a few days ago. i still wanted to make the progressive version happen, so when i figured i could get the stems i quickly found the old project and whipped up this remix. a full on feels flashback to the summer of '11
