Swellebound is a solo project of NYC-based songwriter Richey Rose, featuring songs written in 2016 & 2017. 

"All tracks were recorded in my old studio apartment in the Lower East Side from February 2016 to February 2017."

Rose has most recently played guitar for Wendy James (Transvision Vamp) alongside Jim Sclavunos (Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds), Tamaryn (Mexican Summer Records), Jennie Vee (Courtney Love/Eagles of Death Metal) and toured as support for acts such as Echo & The Bunnymen, Manic Street Preachers, and The Darkness. In 2014 Rose was invited by Alan McGee (founder of Creation Records) to perform a private showcase at The Tabernacle in Wales. Rose has also worked in studio and co-produced releases alongside artists from bands such as Snow Patrol, The Hold Steady, Saves the Day, Suede, and John Fryer.
