Nahuatl Sound System (Sudden Reverb / Dubmission Recs.) is one of the aliases of Mexican-born, Berlin-based electronic music producer Fernando Perez Gomez. His sound is a unique and pioneering blend of cumbia,  steppers and dub-techno. His sets are a channel-separated live mix of his own productions and remixes, creating unique on-the-spot versions of all of his productions, which involve recorded musicians with both organic and synthetic sounds, performed with fierce, futuristic and eclectic vibes.

This ten piece dub/funk/afro band have amazed audiences from the red desert of central Australia to the back alley bars of their home town – Melbourne.

Their signature sound is built on a foundation of deep funky bass,heavy drums and driving rhythms, with rich arrangements driven by almighty horn lines.
