IAM is a Seattle-based DJ known for his high-energy, emotional sets that blend uplifting trance, progressive house, and melodic techno. He’s the creator of two growing mix series on SoundCloud: Tranceforming—a journey through euphoric, uplifting trance—and Regressive Progressive—a deep dive into moodier, groove-driven sounds. His mixes have picked up steady traction from trance fans around the world.

Locally, IAM’s played at some of Seattle’s go-to spots for electronic music like Kremwerk, The Cuff Complex, ORA, and Cafe Racer, where he keeps the dancefloor moving with thoughtful builds, seamless transitions, and a sound that feels both nostalgic and forward-thinking.

Whether opening the night with slow-burn progressive or closing with soaring trance anthems, IAM’s sets are designed to move both the body and the mind. Alternatives and possibilities of what I can do with music. Most likely, possibilities that some could have never dreamed of. Opening my mind also inspires imagination and creativity.
But also the array of production methods employed in a plethora of different genres. 

DJ Soulseo began to listen to music as a child, listening to bands such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Deep Purple, Genesis, Pink Floyd,  all great artists from the 70s & 80s.

At the age of 16, he bought his first electric guitar and started playing with a group in his home city. In parallel to his love for Rock music, he also often went out to Discos, appreciating the great artists of that movement such as Chic, EW & F, Change, but he particularly loved 'that Funky music.
Two years later, Soulseo gathered some musical experience in a local radio station and at the discos. During the 80s, he lived for 10 years in Zurich and was able to follow closely the birth of the Techno movement. 
Then one day, about 15 years ago, he  bought his first modern mixer with 2 CDJs and started mixing - never stopped.

I started DJing in the early 90s and bought my first Technics 1200er when I was 16. At the right time I was playing in a small club called Grooveclub and we could feel the beginning of the house and techno scene in Germany. Many sleepless nights followed. As a visitor, I traveled through the club scene in Germany and visited clubs like Distillery, Muna, Tresor, Aufschwung Ost, Mach 1 and so on. This inspired me to organize my own small parties as an organizer, booker and manager. At the end of the 90s I gave up my most important hobby, a mistake I later found. In 2016 I started DJing again and I'm looking for the opportunity to perform in a club with 100 to 300 people or a good radio show. At the end of 2020 I started producing a few small tracks and am looking for a label that will give me the chance to show what I can. We'll see what comes next and I'm in good spirits. Have been playing music some years ago in the best discotheques, clubs and events in Gran Canaria, some clubs in Madrid and Bilbao (Spain), and after having been away from the music world for many years, he returns to the music scene as a producer as well., having signed his first arrangement with Irma Records and GNE music, and he just sign his first contract with Sunexplosion Records. In this moment he regent two channels in Soundcloud and Mixcloud, his B2B space and his Superdeep channel and he just be resident in Live Radio and Easy Groove Radio. He is also superior technician in creativity and advertising techniques and Art Director. 


His musical styles began with House and Garage, until today where he develops in all styles within house (deep house, tech house, progressive house, melodic house, etc) some techno, downtempo, organic, etc.
