A self-taught electronic music composer, bass guitar and samplist, Vincent Villuis has quickly become one of the most recogniseable names in the broad-reaching “downtempo” field. With "Inks", he delivers a sublime narrative album, fusion of ambient, idm, deep techno and drum'n'bass. 
The finely woven tapestries of his inspiring music are as much a dazzling exercise in rhythm chiseling, melody and texture as a pure, intuitive and intimate perspective of life's intrigues.

Here is EROT's set that he recorded for this special event.

The man behind the “Erot” project is Tore Mortensen, born and raised in the Danish town Aalborg. He was born in 1986. His passion for electronic music came from Kraftwerk, which his father introduced for him in an early age. This evolved to several different genres in electronic music, and in 2006 he was introduced to chill-out, which he immediately took a liking.

He then started to produce himself, and has now been playing at several parties and festivals in Denmark. His focus lie on the ambient atmosphere in his tracks, which he tries to keep as dark and mysterious as possible.

This is the 69th Ambient Sessions presented by Deep Electronics. The monthly released session brings you the best and the most diversity Ambient music can offer. 

This months set is a special one. This weekend we celebrate the summer  solstice. The longest day of the year. This session is dedicated to this event and is created by Mahiane. Her session is called Collimate. 

About Mahiane:

Dj, arranger, publisher, co-founder and manager of Ultimae records , Sandrine Gryson aka Mahiane explores music genres since 1985 and developped a keen ear and heart for atmospheric ambient, floating and organic sounds, idm, glitch, progressive techno and deep electro breakbeat; she occasionaly participates to projects such as Aes Dana project or Subgardens.
