The soundtrack of this disaffected time is Simon Cowell’s karaoke machine. Edgeless, soulless, attitude-less pap whose over-riding sound is ker-ching. He has brainwashed a generation of artists into believing that being the next Leona Lewis, not Joe Strummer, is what pop music is about, and anaesthetised the audience into accepting it. 

We Are TheWay, We have The Answer! We’re a fresh, young 4 piece punk/indie/rock n roll band from Stoke-on-Trent that reaches the borders of Liverpool. Originally founded in late 2008, after a few enforced changes to the line-up, The Way are now stronger than ever! Emulating the young British bands that were filling the charts with political anger 30 years ago by taking the raw, real sound of bands like The Jam, The Clash, The Skids, The Undertones, The Buzzcocks, etc. TheWay are tuning into overdrive. With a new lineup consisting of Stefan Smith, Scott Powell, Arthur Molloy and Johnny Macneil, each member is bringing something different to create a time bomb that is ready to implode todays music and lead a new generation into something real.
