David is a professional audio engineer and music producer who currently oversees all day-to-day operations at Sound City Studios in Los Angeles, California, a studio which he played a key role in helping to relaunch. David specializes in the use and upkeep of some of the rarest vintage recording equipment in existence and is a fierce proponent of the analog medium. Prior to assuming a position at Sound City Studios, David served as an engineer and studio manager at Waterfront Studios in Hudson, New York, under the direction of legendary engineer and producer, Henry Hirsch (Lenny Kravitz, Michael Jackson, Madonna). David was also a partner and engineer at Artfarm Recording in Accord, New York.
