WOW Factor is a trio from Holland. Powerfull, dynamic, cinematique, ambient popsongs with clear roots in the eighties. The spirit of rock ’n roll with an electronic soul, club culture and live music combined: in short IndieDance.

Inspired by the idea that music is a way of life and a unique language that can make one speechless… All songs are written by WOW factor, each song is authentic and tells a short story within it’s own setting. Sometimes based on reality, sometimes fantasy or in the past. Often critical, mostly poetic, visual, heartbreaking, uniting, moving and always drenched in melancholy.

Performing live they are often accompanied by Kixou (Fusion Dance), MT Yidaki (Didgeridoo), Gwen Lemmens (Rap) or Armanda ten Brink (Opera). The band actually was founded many years ago, but now has three members:

Marc – Deejay / Electronics
Michel – Drums / Percussion

MT-Yidaki
Michiel is one of the first and most influential didgeridoo players from the Netherlands.

With over 30 years of experience as a didgeplayer and teacher he travels across Europe to spread his passion for the instrument.

Besides the fact that Michiel is a didgeridoo player of world fame, he is also in demand as an expert in the field of the traditional didgeridoo. He gives lectures and has assisted as a guest curator at exhibitions in various museums in Europe.

After being adopted in an aboriginal clan he started a bussines with traditional instruments from the birth place of the yiḏaki (didgeridoo), North East Arnhemland, Australia.
