so initially i wasnt going to do this remix because i didnt have any ideas for it, but it came to my mind that if it the whole remix competition gets released as a remix it would be funny to have this song as an interlude or ending, and that is exactly what i tried to do with this remix, to submit it without the purpose of winning but to have a cute song of mine somewhere in the competition, something like a resting place then keep going. Story
Joyeuse: The Song of the Celestial Sword
At the dawn of the world, when the gods still walked among men, Joyeuse was born not from human forging, but from the lightning that split the sky in two. Her blade was not of steel, but of petrified light, and its hilt held a fragment of frozen time.
It was given to young Karolus by the spirit of the mountain, who told him:
"This sword cuts not flesh, but destiny. It wounds not bodies, but doubts. Use it only when the world forgets its song."
Karolus, who would later be called Charlemagne, carried it with him on his campaigns, but he did not wield it in every battle. Only when chaos threatened to devour the harmony of the kingdom did Joyeuse sing. Her song was a hymn that made traitors tremble, calm the just, and open the heavens so the stars could gaze.
Over time, Joyeuse was coveted by kings, sorcerers, and prophets. Some said that whoever possessed it could speak to the dead; others, that it contained the true name of God engraved in invisible runes.
But when Charlemagne died, the sword disappeared. Some believe it melted into the sun. Others, that it sleeps beneath Aachen Cathedral, awaiting the next worthy bearer.
