Gaël Giraud est économiste, directeur de recherche au CNRS, professeur à l’École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, auteur et jésuite. Spécialiste des interactions entre économie et écologie, il occupait les fonctions de chef économiste de l’Agence Française de Développement (AFD) jusqu’en juillet 2019. Il est président d’honneur de l’Institut Rousseau.
