Melbourne duo Not Just Me return to Thick As Thieves for ‘Through The Blinds’, accompanied by Audiojack on remix duties.

Longstanding members of Australia’s music scene, Brian Fantana & Ben Silver’s Not Just Me project saw the two DJs and producers combine under one guise last year to reveal their debut single, ‘Syren’. Returning to Thick As Thieves, the pair link up once again to close February with ‘Through The Blinds’, backed by a remix from Gruuv bosses Audiojack.

Combining percussive grooves and snaking basslines with haunting piano riffs, ‘Through The Blinds’ welcomes an impactful cut that can shift the energy of any room or festival in an instant, while Audiojack’s take sees the Gruuv head honchos and Crosstown Rebels regulars up the pace to deliver a soaring interpretation perfect for the peak hour.

Daniel Lerman has dedicated his life to curating and producing the highest caliber of house and techno records. Driven by an unwavering passion for music that dates back to 2011 when the Artist was just 14 years old, he has emerged as a rising talent playing alongside some of the biggest names in the scene including Gorgon City, Alesso and Icona Pop.

Each passing year brings breakthrough moments. In 2023, Daniel collaborated with house music pioneer Arthur Baker for an official remix of “Silly Games”, released through his label Baked Recordings. The remix sat in the label’s top 10 on Beatport for several months, received downloads from the likes of Claptone and airplay on SiriusXM.

In 2024, Daniel released his first original record in almost 8 years via Create Music Group. “Those Nights” gained widespread support throughout the scene, including from Icona Pop who closed out their set with the record at Pacha Ibiza. Numerous other Artists took notice including Idris Elba, Martin Ikin and Baggi. Daniel’s follow-up record “Believe That” was made with the summer in mind. It combines groove and bass with a strong vocal and emotional piano, resulting in a versatile record that can be played anywhere.

Outside of the studio, Daniel launched his own event series “Those Nights” (named after the release). A party focused on the underground, good music and vibes. Daniel has wasted no time bringing his vision to life with 3 sold out events in New York City to date. Daniel expects to expand the event series globally in the coming years as it continues to grow.

The Artist's infectious energy, innovative sound, and adamant refusal to follow trends puts him in a unique class of his own. Keep an eye on Daniel as he continues to rise and carve out his own place in the scene.
