If it appeared right before you, just for a second, would you either walk this fleeting path or let it vanish in a blink, hidden forever beyond the fine lining of your eyelid? Taking the road to nowhere can be tempting, just as the urge to leave everything behind. Paradoxically, embracing the void feels so fulfilling - but isn’t acceptance part of the grief? We’re all searching for our own secret place, where inner peace could finally grow from its embryonic stasis.

Much like that uncertain trail, Second End Records charts a course through the soft, dreamy side of contemporary electronic music with its upcoming 'Collage' compilation. Designed either for the club or a living room, this ethereal patchwork of 14 tracks is woven from silk-like sound design: ambient, techno, experimental, IDM, atmospheric dub - each genre highlighting in turns ultra-stretched audio spectrums, smooth instrumental lines, introspective reverberations or digital breaks. An astonishing line-up, composed of andrea_andrea, Box5ive, Cotton Mouth, Doris Dana & Angelina Nonaj, emre girginkay, Genus Aix, innerinnerlife, Intertoto, ϙue x Comechelet, Lucas Dupuy, Match Fixer, so wet’s water kingdom, Takeo.K and Whylie.

With this new imprint, Second End Records further informs its signature sound: cold-yet-heartwarming textures, celestial synths and volatile rhythms. Chase away the clouds and bask in the sunny spell of “Collage”, available both in CD and digital formats, starting 6 December, 2024.

Due to a recent law in Hungary, made to limit the right of assembly, amongst other minorities, the LGBTQ community and Budapest Pride face uncertain times.The only answer to this is to unite and let our voices be heard.We need to safeguard queer spaces.
Electronic music has always been a safe space for the queer community, so Marmint is launching a compilation in solidarity with Budapest Pride on the 28th of June, 2025.The digital release is accessible on Soundcloud, Nina Protocol & Bandcamp.
