What started as a renegade gathering in the Mojave has blossomed into a movement celebrating love, life, and music. With the annual Desert Hearts Festival holding down the roots of the movement while the DH Crew circles the globe, Desert Hearts Records provides the soundtrack as our family spreads as much love and positive energy as humanly possible. Soulful Techno, that’s what Shifted Soul is all about. With the increasing amount of releases a lot of the “Soul” has gone according to Sander van der Veer aka Red Square. With so many marketed and hyped techno out there, mainly focussing on technology rather than creativity it was time to create an new imprint and get back to the roots of techno where it all started, Detroit!

Expect quality releases with Detroit Techno roots and cross-overs ranging from melody-driven to Dark Techno; Deeply produced Techno tracks with attention given to detail, yet not too complex for
the conventional raver.

Shifted Soul is situated in Holland’s nature reserve “Hoge Veluwe” and has a strong connection with
nature and forest; hence our design and artwork

We are currently accepting demos: Before you send us your demo, please make sure you’ve listened to our releases and it fits our style.
