Distørshn Shape is the raw DIY electronic wave project of Andrei Stepanov, originally from Cherepovets, one of the heaviest industrialised cities in Russia. Stepanov produces music that explores the intersection of EBM, techno and industrial culture, inspired by 80s films, cyberpunk and BDSM aesthetics.
