Born and raised in San Jose, CA, but musically bred in Atlanta, GA, Ryan O'Connell found his niche writing and performing original comedy songs that go beyond the fleeting novelty of punch lines and firmly into "I can't get this hook out of my head" territory. Sometimes relatable, sometimes absurd, but always good for a laugh, he's recently ventured into music videos where he can flex his talents as a comedic performer while putting his MFA in film production to good use. 

He currently resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife and four young children - frequently drawing inspiration from the challenges of being a dad who works at home. With the success of the Kickstarter-funded "LMPIP - A Father's Odyssey", he looks forward to completing a full comedy album featuring songs about bigfoot, putting sex on the calendar, and how his OCD means he cleans up his kids' toys while they're still playing with them.
