Born and raised in a small town of Winterville, North Carolina Ronnie Run is a well-known rapper with a lot of streets credit. "I want to put North Carolina on the map and show people that there is talent around the state." Growing up around the Pitt County area was just plain and real for Ronnie. "Where I'm from was nothing different from your New York or LA. Living in the South; the pace is slow and the hard work is there." Starting out as a DJ; Ronnie knew or thought this was something he wanted to do. After the Dj thing fell through; "I had a backup plan and it was rapping." Ronnie's influences are God, my daughter Jocelyn, my family, The Sugar Hill Gang, Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, 2Pac, Notorious BIG, Rakim, Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, KRS-One, LL Cool J, Run DMC, Beastie Boys, Jay-Z and the list goes on and on. "I remember the first time I heard "Rapper's Delight" by the Sugar Hill Gang and I knew from that point; rapping was something I wanted to do." It was during a school test when Ronnie wrote his 1st rap song. After that I called my cousin Big Buji and he told me that he was putting beats together so we got in the studio and did my first EP "Lyrical Masta;" it became a street classic. Two of those songs hit the radio airwaves "Ghetto Stress FT. Black Chyna" and "North Kack for Real." With the success of these songs, I thought it was time for me to try a new producer.
Ronnie Run   debut album called "New World"" with 3 tracks making noise as we speak. You can't go wrong with "I Remember," "Enough"(bully track)and Put it Down which is making some crazy noise as we speak! Ronnie is continuing to network and recording, waiting to get a break. Consistently well liked songs have garnered a lot of attention for Ronnie. This can be seen in his DJ Comments: DJ Green Lantern says: "Finally this is what I am talking about! A song with nobody getting killed?", DJ King Bee from South Carolina says: "Ronnie Run is the truth he is nice on the mic!", Big Skye (2Pac homie) says: "Ronnie Run sounds like a new version of Biz Markie." His current hit "I Remember" was recently featured on the local news on WNCT Channel 9 in Greenville, NC and "Hood Famous" is starting to buzz online as well. He has also had a video featured on BET's late night show "Uncut", "4 tha' Club".

2012 Greenville North Carolina Grammy Nominee for "Local Hip Hop Artist of the Year" & 2014 "C.A.R.E Awards Nominee "Local Artist of The Year" , Ronnie was recently interviewed on WNCT Channel 9, where he has previously been featured on their "Java Jam". Ronnie was asked to audition for the NBC TV Show "America's Got Talent" in Charlotte, NC. He has done work on a radio promo for the Jay Blaze Show on Kiss 102, at 7pm and you can hear it right now

Previously with Deka Records in 2010, he was briefly signed to SMG Global/Universal Digital Music Group in 2013, after becoming suspicious of that situation, he began working on new music and major labels as a "Artist to Watch" on the A&R's Radar looking at him as we speak. this guy is bound to blow up.

A believer in supporting the community that supports you, Ronnie Run was a judge at the Ayden -Grifton Talent Showcase and performed there as well. He has also performed at charity shows including the "Rockers for Knockers' a two day fundraiser and breast cancer awareness event. His song "Enough", an anti bullying track, is another way he contributes to our global community.

He has contest popularity too, on Power 106 National Radio Champ.com with the song "I Remember", Soul 92 Jams "Street Legends" (REMIX) debuts on "Swag or Trash" 7 straight swags and no trash! The DJs love the song!! On MakeAStar "Ghetto Life" received 8.143 out of 10 and also made it to the quarterfinals!

A Clear Channel "Artist 2 Watch"(Urban) Ronnie is also a featured artist on SongCastMusic.com, among many others, and in rotation on a variety of radio stations including SongCastRadio.com. On AudioStreet.net he is ranked in the Top 100 at number 19 in the overall artist ranking, in the top 40 at #35 with the song "I Remember". "Arrived" has hit number 1 on Hip Hop chart and number 42 on the Top 100 charts Artispoia.com and "I Remember" was retired on that same site at number 18.Recently "Put Down" has been placed in rotation in the UK and a lot of online radio stations as well as mainstream stations are starting to spin this track.

Even if you don't I will make a soundcloud page with all the songs submitted giving all credits where they are due. Larry "Cradlerboy" Cradler was born on December 5, 1981. Due to an unstable home, Cradlerboy bounced around from home to home and roamed the streets of North and South Memphis searching for acceptance. He found what he was searching for and placed his trust into individuals of the streets. With his new influences fueling his journey, Cradlerboy fully involved himself in violent crimes. His new activities would create an extensive criminal history from 1999-2011. Although he began rapping at the age of 14, Cradlerboy did not take is music career seriously until 2013. He has created a unique writing style that sets him apart from anyone else in his league. Over the years he has work with some of the industry's most well know artist. Stories that would change the way we view evolution from the beginning of my life up until now and where I am ultimately going. The “Movement”.

Many new artists struggle to establish their musical identity, laboriously trying on different musical styles like a piece of clothing, looking to find what fits. But there are others that emerge fully formed, in full command of their craft, their identity and their music. 29 Year old Sonny “Sunn-Dunn” Smith fits firmly in the latter category. His new single, Make Dem Haters Mad, is a captivating and moving debut that heralds the arrival of a gifted and significant new talent, one whose music feels familiar in the best possible way, while striking out on its own territory.

An Ohio boy who grew up a few blocks down the street from the famed Grammy Award winning group Bone Thugs N Harmony on St. Claire, near Downtown Cleveland, Dunn played with rapping as a child, but didn’t take music seriously until he was in his early 20’s. He explains, “I started writing songs in my head, and it took my interest in music to another level. I had to pick the microphone back up so I could cut music to the ideas I heard in my head. Then I started writing down the words I was thinking in my head to broaden my horizons even more.” Almost immediately, he formed a 12 man Wu-Tang like rap collective called The Joez and began playing concerts across the city, opening for such big name acts as Nas, Ja-Rule, Jay-Z, Bone Thugz N Harmony, The Wu-Tang Clan and others. It was at this time that the group would decide collectively to record a 4 song demo to shop to labels for a deal. Dunn describes this experience in his career as going through what he calls, “The typical post-high school lifestyle.” “I wasn’t interested in anything I was doing other than music, and I loved the wide-openness of my life.”

Recording in the studio with Grammy Award winning Bone Thugz N Harmony engineer Marlow “Mauly T” Taylor, The Joez would create a unique sound that would eventually catch the ear of Boo Rosario at The Source Magazine. After hearing there 4 song demo Rosario would go on to offer the group a spot in the coveted Unsigned Hype section of the monthly magazine publication and from there things began to really take off for the group. After being featured in The Source the group were later featured In the XXL Magazine and Vibe. They were offered a deal through Sony Records but ran into a snag over the usage of the name when Hasbro objected to them using the name for a rap group. The group would disband after the dissolving of the Sony deal shortly thereafter leaving Sunn-Dunn a solo artist and back at square one. Sunn-Dunn would go on to take two years to perfect his craft and reemerge a stronger and more focused artist. The year would be 2012 and Sunn-Dunn would find himself In California signing a new deal with Grammy Award winning, Multi-Platinum producer Larry Dee Henderson formerly of No Limit Records. Larry Dee would sign Sunn-Dunn to a multiyear deal through a joint venture between his Da Oven Productions, Ryko Distribution and Warner Bros Records. The deal however garnered only a mixtape and several shelved singles and would later dissolve once Ryko was absorbed into Warner Bros. ADA Distribution. Sunn- Dunn would go on to leave Da Oven Productions to found his own label after relocating to Atlanta called Cuda G Records. Now recording in earnest, Sunn-Dunn was gathering skill as a songwriter, taking his influences, like 2Pac, Jay-Z, Nas, Notorious Big and Bone Thugz N Harmony, and using them to shape his own style. “I grew up with a lot of 90’s rap,” Dunn explains, “My older Brother used to play that stuff all the time. I naturally gravitate to that kind of sound; there’s a warmth and timelessness to it that I’ve always loved.”

As his name grew in and around the Atlanta area, the pieces began to fall into place for Dunn .Releasing his debut single online, this in turn has garnered him a growing buzz and thousands of spins in clubs and on SiriusXM Radio as well. The growing cult like following has also earned him the notoriety to begin playing bigger shows for an ever-increasing National audience. Recording continuously, Dunn hooked up with Platinum Producer T-Minus ( Kendrick Lamar, T.I., Ciara, Nicki Minaj, Plies, Ludacris, LeToya Luckett, Birdman, Lil Wayne) and Mike Will Made It (Rick Ross, Meek Mill, 2 Chainz, Drake, Future, Rihanna) as well other notables such as Kajmir Royale, Epik The Dawn and Strong Symphony. The single has sparked major interest from several labels but in the end, he has chosen to sign himself to his own newly formed independent Cuda G Records label. “Working with my team at Cuda G Records has given me the freedom to be myself and to make the music exactly the way I want to make it,” he declares.

That freedom allowed Dunn to executive produce his upcoming debut album set to be released through an undisclosed distribution deal with a major label partner, as well as the space to experiment while making it. He reflects, “There has been a lot of trial and error that is going into the album. The songwriting is far more detailed, and that was reflected in how I recorded. I have recorded thirty-five songs, and I picked eighteen. I spent days on certain songs, refining them until I thought they were just right.” With a star studded cast of producers, background vocalist and various star studded guest features, the sound you’re getting is a commanding and infectious one, modern in feel, while also hearkening back to that early 90’s rap that is embedded in his musical DNA. But as Dunn says, “It’s a little edgier than I thought it was going to be in the beginning.”

From the opening notes of “Make Dem Haters Mad,” the album’s first single, one hears that combination of melodic irresistibility and lyrical incisiveness that are becoming Dunn’s hallmarks. “The song is about overcoming hate from others and pursuing happiness in all of your blessings  - more like a letter to all those people that like to doubt others,” Dunn notes, “But the vibe of it - ‘2Pac meets Jay-Z meets Nas Meets Outkast with a little twist of Bone Thug’z N Harmony in between it all.  My View From The Drop’ wraps up for me the way it felt standing around a radio when I was growing up in the early 90’s watching my older brother listen to music.”

Indeed, that feeling of being a kid again is one that’s prevalent on My View from the Drop. Dunn explains, “‘Make Dem Haters Mad and ‘Don’t Shoot Your Gun’ are the album’s bookends and I based everything on the tone of those two songs. Part of it is nostalgic. It’s me seeing things through a kid’s eyes - in that way that everything is big and heightened when you’re a child.” It’s that sense of wonder that sweeps through the album, and with the resounding piano chords, shimmering guitars and the steady, yet propulsive rhythms, its 60 minutes of modern rap nirvana, made wondrously alive and new again. Dunn doesn’t just rap the songs - he inhabits them and lives them out, making his tales of growing up three dimensional in the most powerful of ways.

Dunn is currently on the road, honing his live show to growing crowds across the US and abroad. “It’s gaining momentum,” Dunn says. “With the single, the shows are getting exciting - there’s a lot of off the cuff stuff that’s happening on stage. Being on the road all the time is something I’ve always wanted.” And on Cuda G Records, Dunn is making his songs precisely the way he’s always wanted, creating a fully realized album that is the culmination of where he’s been and where he’s going, and one that is sure to win him the notoriety that is demanded by the depth and quality of his songs.
