SLAP! Drums: Italian Beats and Breaks is a collection of hard hitting acoustic drum breaks perfect for making neck breaking beats with a human feel. This sample pack was recorded at Pyramid Produzioni, a recording studio in Trastevere, the heart of Rome, Italy. Performed by Federico Romeo and recorded/produced by Luca Gaudenzi, this pack includes 35 drum loops and 100 one-shots, all recorded through a combination of analog preamps and vintage microphones. Federico utilized various drum kits and microphone combinations, to achieve a collection of unique and hard hitting drum loops and one shots. Federico is a first call drummer for Italy’s burgeoning soul and hip hop scene. He regularly collaborates with Davide Shorty, Aine, Serena Brancale, and RBSN. With a variety of grooves at different tempos and meticulously curated percussion one shots, adding SLAP! Drums to your tracks is the extra sauce you need to gently but firmly slap your tracks in the face.

DECISIONS

The two French producers, midnight alpha. and Needraw are back on Radio Juicy with a soulful single titled Motions. A perfect summery song to listen to by the pool while sipping on a fresh beverage. With a subtle balance between smoothness and energy, the organic production in “Motions” will surely surprise the listener with its warm textures. The two musicians had a lot of fun playing with the intensity of the elements making the track. Adding randomness in the drums gave the song a life of its own. That’s what inspired the name “Motions”. The song was imagined as a majestic voyage over beautiful landscapes. Electronic and organic elements are melted together and in harmony and symbiosis, as an organized patchwork full of colors and life.
