Fun power-pop guitars meet pianos, hooks, and skewed-view lyrics about growing up, paranormal dating, dysfunctional relationships, time travel, and piano sledgehammers. Crosstalk Club puts their own spin on the sound of bands like The Killers, Cheap Trick, Fountains of Wayne, Bleachers, and OK Go.

Every band has a story about commitment, but Crosstalk Club took perseverance to a new level. Formed by keyboardist  Dan O'Leary, Dan gathered some friends, all veterans of the New Jersey bar-band circuit, with a simple plan to form a band to record and perform his latest pop-rock creations. 

Well, best laid plans of mice and bands, and all that. What followed was years of hard drive crashes, ripoff recording studios, heart attacks, cancer, and COVID-19. 

But minor little things like tech meltdowns, life-threatening illness and a worldwide pandemic couldn't stop the album, only delay it. 

Their debut album, "LIFTOFF," is now available on all streaming sites, and physical media. Rather than the typical, release-singles-over-time strategy, the full album was released all at once, as a thank-you to longtime fans who supported Crosstalk Club, both in-person and online. The band thinks they've waited long enough
