No stranger to the Box of Cats family, this month we have Chick Iverson returning to home plate. This time bringing his all star batter Subset for a 3am friendly, two track EP set to make some noise as the ball hits a home run.

This is not a game of baseball, and to be honest I have never been to a baseball game, but the pure energy of 'Give Until it Hurts' is what I imagine dancing to when my home team wins. The flip 'Outta Here' is a return to what Chick knows best: a tech-y groove, sexy percussion and indescribable sound design.

I am buzzing to share this second edition of the “Trippy Associates” collaboration series. These tracks are the product of collabs with two of my favorite people: Justin Martin (Belter) & NIMA G (Melter). Normally I would gush about the EP’s tracks but it feels awkward here. I’ll just say that road testing these has been very very rewarding. Bring on the summer festivals!

We are excited to have FOOLiE back with us again on this collaborative Friends EP where he is joined by Edgvr Romero, Wallace K and WEZ. If there's something that we have come to love with FOOLiE's releases it is that they are always exciting, full of energy, oh, and yes, super gritty. All 3 tracks offer their own unique vibe, kicking it off with Disco Bunny with its hypnotic synth lead and bouncy vibe taking you on a proper trip. We then have 'Got Sumthin' a straight-up club banger that slaps right where it should. 'Touch Me' finishes the EP off with some huge in-your-face kind of drums, dark gritty bass shots sprinkled with a nice vocal.
