This past weekend would've been the 22nd Ultra Music Festival but with everything going on in the world, things got put on hold. I wanted to pay tribute to the group that's meant so much to me and the festival that's done so much for the dance music scene.

I remember when Oakenfold dropped the og as the first single on his album in ’06 and thinking how dope it was. The song was raw and Brittany Murphy’s wildly powerful vocals surprised me in the best ways. I feel like most of us knew her for her acting in 8 Mile, Clueless, Just Married and Sin City, but few of us knew she could sing. 

Today would have been Brittany Murphy's 45th birthday, and it feels incredibly special to honor her in this way. 

She’s an undeniable talent that the world lost wayyy too soon. Much love to the legend Paul Oakenfold for giving me the privilege of working on this.
