SO this song started out as a piece of music Julian Simmons had lying around and asked me to have a go at writing on around 2 summers ago, it was a more soulful track than I was working on at the time but I really loved the vibe and the drums. Im a sucker for a good drum beat. In about an hour Id finished the lyrics. I was going through all the songs Id written last week and found it sitting in my library and thought to myself this is such a cute song, I cant just leave it sitting there! Though its a rough demo version, im putting it here for you to listen to, I hope you like it.

Emerging from  Croydon her take on indie soul has been described as a breath of fresh air. Embracing music at an early age she took on flute and classical piano which led to a passion to write her own music. 
Drawing inspiration from her favourite artists ; she has created her own sound . Her first recorded song, found its way to the playlists of BBC merseyside and BBC 1xtra . Dede is currently working on new material for her project alongside talented musicians and producers.
