Being introduced to Chicago House in 1987 and Detroit & New York Techno in 1989 were both pivotal  experiences for Frankie, but wasn't till 1992 that he experienced his first rave and found “home” for the first time. 1993 relocated home base back to California and by '94 the immersion in to the San Francisco rave scene was in full swing. 1996 revealed the first glimpse of dj frankieGMZ, with a set of belt driven decks and an MTX mixer. An appreciation for all forms of music held true in the underground dance scene, and manifests in his set choices. From House, Electro, Techno, Breaks and D&B to UK Garage and Bass, soulful vocals always play a key roll.
