J-Gunna was born and raised in st. louis on January 17th, 1987. He began rapping at the age of 11 in church and his name at the time was Reality because of his lyrics and his everyday life events that he rap about and J-Gunna came about years later.  Gunna is known for battle rapping anyone at anytime and people just use to say he was gunnin' people and there you have it... J-Gunna was born. He has excellent lyrical capabilities and 95% of his raps are real life events that he either witnessed or been in his self. The funny thing is, he's actually shy at times and also rowdy, always been the class clown and also been interested in acting since a young age and just hope to make it one day, not for the fortune but because he love music and he want the world to hear his story

Hello to the world. My name is PooKiE the Beat Geeka and I am part of a group called M.A.S.H.-U.  I started off making beats/ mixing and working in various recording studios.  From there I invested in myself and built a home recording studio- recording and mixing for myself, my group and various artists in St. Louis, MO. I released my first album in 2000 called "Keep It Real".  Since then, I've gotten married, raised a family and continued my education. I recently earned my AA in Music and a BS in Music Therapy.  Now I'm ready to release more music with a slightly different mind frame and a much better understanding of music and the music industry.  I am a conscious/ inspirational type artist that makes cinematic Hip-Hop/ Trap/ R&B type beats.  Stay tuned.......
