Rising Russian sensation Piramex has graced a variety of international DJ playlists this past year, thanks to a slew of inspired, peak-hour compositions. So grateful we found Daniel Ahearn, a Singer based in Los Angeles, who wrote this song together with Rich Jacques. We discovered this track on Youtube and really loved everything about it. The lyrics are very intense and emotional. But (and this was most important for us) absolutely authentic. 

We took the vocals and built a whole new arrangement and instrumentation around them. We think this song is brilliant for thoughtful moments, but also while just chilling with your friends enjoying good music!

XYLØ reached out to me a while back to remix this song and we both recently decided to stop keeping it to ourselves. Paige has an incredible voice and the track is super dark so I wanted to keep the integrity of the original but make it a bit more energetic during the drop. I always try to give remixes the structure of songs instead of just words with drops. This track is super listenable, but still goes off live. I’m excited to start playing it in sets.
