PASSENGER 10 strikes back on Enormous Tunes with this fabulous single. WHAT A FEELING!
We tried to label the original with a pretty genre but it lives in it's own little nook of Electronica Land and we love it. Organic beat patterns, subtly placed at just the right spots, touching major chords, pads that are comparable to the trancy feel of old Pink Floyd songs and varnished with some vocal snippets that leave the mark on top of this musical beauty.
The club mix takes the 4/4 floor direction but still contains all elements from the original that made it stand out and is delivering 'goose bumps' feeling from the first listen.
On the remix duty we are proud to have youngster talent CALIPPO on board who draws his remix into a more UK garage house direction. Organ baselines, modern house stabs and a swinging beat section that will make you wanna dance. If you ever get the chance to play it out loud, don't miss it, you won't regret.

Passenger 10 - What A Feeling (Original & Club Mix)

Welcome Enamour on Einmusika. The first two tracks, "Epiphany Engineering" and "Anima", came about in quick succession during Covid lockdowns, after a few months of shifting his leisure listening away from dance music to modern classical, jazz, and film scores. These two are an exploration into concerto arrangement, harmony, classical composition, and its modification for a club setting. He created an emotional journey and humanized his modular synthesizer in a classical-inspired way while still keeping the music relevant for the dance floor.

Though with Anima, he did find it necessary to provide a version with solely the melodic theme, without the limitations posed by a dance arrangement. The final track "Reticent" is another that he felt tapped into a similar energy and belonged on the record alongside the others.

Dachshund‘s love for music goes back some twenty years. Throughout years of experimenting with different dub, jungle and drum & bass sounds, he has developed his own defining style. Riding high off the back of his much-lauded Second Mood EP on Diversions Music at the beginning of March, French maestro OXIA now teams up with Italian duo Artslaves for an unrelenting follow up package and his second stellar release of 2019. Due for release on May 3 via Deeperfect Records, the two-track For Real Extended Player sees OXIA team up with the Moan Recordings label bosses across both original offerings, in what is a truly formidable debut collaboration between the three in-form producers. A brooding roller complete with mind-bending synths and warped vocal chops, the title track gets the EP off to a mesmerising start its layers and textures twisting and amalgamating in perfect symbiosis across the tracks six-minute duration. On the flip, Over places crisp drums and an undulating bassline front and centre, adding delayed spoken-word samples and a marathon second drop to close out the EP in emphatic fashion. The release comes just three days before OXIAs remix of John Digweed &amp; Nick Muirs iconic track Satellite, which is due for release on May 6 via Bedrock Records.
