Dutch powerhouse Helsloot returns to Get Physical a year after his last outing with bold new single ‘Take Care.’

Thomas Helsoot is a revered underground presence with a famously melodic electronic sound that has taken him to labels like Poesie Musik, Domino, Astralwerks and Lane 8’s This Never Happened. He spent the first decade of his career working behind the scenes for artists like Diplo but has now fully established his own style. Hits of his like ‘Because You Move Me’ have clocked up over 300 million plays on Spotify alone and he shows his fine mix of introspective and futuristic moods again here.

‘Take Care’ is a sublime deep house cut with cavernous bass that sweeps you up from below. The spacious arrangement is brought to life with elegant melodic sequences that ripple out into the cosmic skies and build tension before the drums roll once more. Finnish DJ and producer Yotto has become an Anjunadeep legend since making his debut on the label in 2015. Winning huge support from BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong, Annie Mac and Danny Howard, Otto Yliperttula quickly rose to prominence with his energetic melodic house sound. His debut album ‘Hyperfall’, released in late 2018 reached #1 on Billboard’s Dance Album Chart, and saw him tour the world and play at Coachella. Since then Yotto has established his own label, Odd One Out, putting out a string of club cuts supported by the likes of Tale Of Us, Artbat and Eric Prydz.

Over a year since his last solo release on Anjunadeep, Yotto now makes a welcome homecoming with ‘Another Riff For The Good Times / Daydreaming’. Demonstrating his flair with uplifting melodies, ‘ARFTGT’ is classic Yotto, whilst the restrained ‘Daydreaming’ is a highlight from the recent chart topping compilation ‘Anjunadeep 11’.
