Moonlight is an independent music label founded by Argentine producer Sebastián Busto. Created to showcase Busto’s innovative approach to progressive house. 

The label emphasizes a unique blend of electronic music and live instrumentation, featuring electric and acoustic guitars, Andean flutes, and saxophones, which lend an organic warmth to the sound.

Sebastián Busto, who sadly passed away in 2024, was known internationally in the progressive house scene, uses Moonlight as a platform to collaborate with other artists on remix projects, amplifying its creative reach.

Odd One Out requires me to sometimes release records that are a bit...odd. So after the 2 first releases I decided it’s time to unleash a hint of Gouda. The track asks ”Is This Trance?” and is fuelled by some gargantuan bouncy saw riffs that I picked up from my 13-year old brain which at the time was listening to Southside Spinners and Gatecrasher compilations. Slightly slower and more mature, like some of my favourite cheeses are, this is quite close to musical Gorgonzola with some hedonistic grapes.
