Modera open their latest single with a gorgeous symphonic passage which builds into an undeniably bubbly and effervescent groove that showcases the duo's impressive versatility. They mix and match textures with assured confidence, providing their polished prog house sound with a delicate background. On 'Lotus Flower' they're joined by Phoebe Tsen whose marvellous vocals are second-to-none. We're also graced with a delicate 'Stripped' version of the track that puts piano and acoustic guitar front and centre to create an elegant laid-back version of the original.

'Visions' sees Klur bring his immaculate sound to life over ten tracks that shine bright and come together in a cohesive and thoughtful manner. Throughout the album we are graced by his intricate sonics - with a focus on melody, he uses mellow synth pads and dazzling synth leads as the anchor for his productions, around which he builds distinct, propulsive grooves and refines and reshapes soundscapes with ease. At the core of his approach is a deep appreciation for emotive and compelling songwriting, something which makes 'Visions' stand on its own. The majority of the album sees him fly solo, though he brings in Swedish vocalist Hildur Ottilia to create affecting collaboration 'Heart To Heart', and he enlists the efforts of Oslo-based composer Ole-Bjørn Talstad for a gorgeous rework of 'Entangled'.

Canadian DJ and producer Simon Doty shares his highly anticipated debut album ‘Universal Language’, out now on Anjunadeep.

The album release follows singles ‘Follow Me’, ‘Have You Ever?’ and ‘Soulflow’, which have collectively gained radio support from BBC Radio 1 presenters Pete Tong and Danny Howard, SiriusXM and KCRW as well as a host of tastemaking DJs including Gorgon City, Diplo, Nora En Pure and more.

Crafted for the dancefloor, Simon’s debut album ‘Universal Language’ gives the audience a taste of the range of musical styles that they can expect to hear Simon play during one of his DJ sets.

‘Universal Language’ features a range of collaborations including American spoken word artist Ursula Rucker, british duo My Friend, singer / songwriter Tailor, UK-based producer and vocalist Artche, british songstress Ruth Royall and legendary American vocalist Roland Clark as well as a remix of JODA’s hit track ‘Closer’ (feat. Robyn Sherwell).
