Taking the nectar from blues, latin and funk music, this sleek modern musician flowers to create an unique sound.Influenced by Tom Waits, The Dap Kings, Muddy Waters, BB King and Dr John. He stewed his magic to create his debut album 'Lights at Sea' with his band Richard Farrell and The Last Tribe. Richard (Vocals, keys, guitar) from Dublin, Ireland (based in Copenhagen, Denmark) is a travelling man,from New Orleans to Havana, Cuba to Colombia, he has mixed around with the locals to discover the simple nature of their passion for music and to learn and absorb their different musical styles and cultures. With a rough, velvety and soulful voice, he commands a crowd where ever he wanders.

Karma Nesci is the artist name of Carmelo Nesci, an Italian singer-songwriter, guitarist, meditator, and a fellow soul on this journey of self-discovery – currently based in Malmö (Sweden).

After his experiences with Vipassana meditation and plant medicine retreats, he dedicates himself to cultivating and sharing unconditional love through his art and practices, including concerts, meditation and Kirtan events, as well as cacao ceremonies. 

Music brought him to live, compose, and perform in Bologna, Helsinki, Amsterdam and Copenhagen before moving to Malmö in 2024, where he is currently co-creating music and mindfulness events within the vibrant Swedish international community.

His experience as a migrant and a dreamer as well as his child-like curiosity can be heard in his music. Karma's songs tell stories of inner visions and spiritual realisations; refugees and people moving in search of a better future; love and the process of growing up through life’s challenges, lessons and lullabies. 

Soothing, mesmerising and dreamy are some of the words used to describe his music. 

His first EP Liver was recorded in Amsterdam, and self-released in 2019. 

Karma Nesci’s debut album Contemporary Landscapes (March 2022) was supported by KODA's cultural funds, and has been mostly recorded and produced in Copenhagen.

Karma Nesci is currently working on his new album.
