Kamai Music is thrilled to announce a three-track gem of an EP from Savvas, entitled Depth Over Distance. Available on September 20th, this release showcases Savvas’ exceptional talent, drawing from his decades of experience and passion for flawless performance and production.

Chicago-born and based in Greece, Savvas has been a pivotal figure in the electronic music world since the early ’90s. For nearly three decades, he has cemented his reputation with a string of successful releases and remixes on respected global imprints. Displaying remarkable versatility, Savvas has evolved his sound while continuously pushing boundaries. His enduring relevance in the ever-evolving music landscape has led to a wealth of collaborations with some of the world’s most respected producers and underground labels.

His inaugural release on Kamai, Depth Over Distance, is a testament to Savvas’ signature blend of emotive melodies, intricate rhythms, and deep, atmospheric layers. In addition to two original tracks, the EP includes one of our favorite collaborations to date. Berlin-based duo Felix E and Michael Ritter provide a powerful remix, adding their own unique touch to Savvas’ work.

A tribute to one of Minimal House & Techno's finest artists Sean O'Neil aka Someone Else who sadly passed away, RIP in brother we hope you got everything you wanted where-ever your are in this cosmos. 

This edit from Uone combines one of his favourite Somone Else's track with the emotive lyrics and piano from Billie Eilish. 

Sean was a true innovator & brought to the world so many great tracks via his labels foundsound records , TuningSpork Records, & recently his label Little Helpers. Uone & Scott Dickson had the of pleasure touring him to Australia a couple of times for their LAB parties back in the mid 2000s. Those were the golden days of deep minimal house music.
