This is a test run of my brand new original song, "Big Cheese."  Recorded just this week, this is a satirical ode to skewer our billionaire spacemen.  I was inspired by Steely Dan, Blue Oyster Cult, an old Jazz Standard, Cry Me a River, Secret Agent Man, and wanted to make it a jumping fun beat.  Hope you enjoy it.

Song came to me on a drive across Canada watching the wheat fields roll by. Forlorn, lonely, but content. At times we all feel broken and defeated.  We're all on the same road to our own demise, like the wheat, but there is so much for which to live.

As a composition artist, my goal is to create a musical experience allowing the top liner, the lyric writer to create their work and reveal their ideas through a creative medium accordingly. 

This track really took me to regions and musical genres unfamiliar to me but I was learning and making great connections with others through this experience. 

The vocal stylings of the amazing Rinjamin Button are perfectly executed and her lyrics are going to be a very powerful and unique addition in to your musical journey.

I also like techno and house music, so I tried to make one with a bit more drum playing and a strong synth sound. I used Arturia Pigment software synthesizer and Ableton DAW facilities with electronic drums while writing music.

An original song of mine, in fact a eulogy, dedicated to  my father.  In part it is the story  of a hike up Horsetail Falls in the Desolation Wilderness in the Sierra Nevada range of California.  It was an epic adventure that I will never forget.
