the bahagias terbentuk tahun 2001 akhir, oleh Yohanes Ijum (*Gitar), Andy "Alo" Wahono (*Drum), dan Harry "Otoy" Agung (*Bass). pada awalnya mengcover lagu netral. semacam project sampingan dari Ijum dan Alo yang saat itu punya band hardcore Endonesia di awal2 tahun 2000-an. tahun 2002, saya masuk mengisi vokal, dan mulai pede menyanyikan lagu2 buatan sendiri. mayoritas, lagu di buat oleh Ijum. beberapa kali bermain di panggung besar, salah satunya bersama ari lasso di tahun 2003. tahun 2004, mulai berganti personel lagi. hafids menambah posisi gitar dua, dan inul mengganti saya yang di pecat karna terlalu sering mangkir latihan. The Bahagias terus bermusik bersama, hingga hiatus pada tahun 2005 awal.
yohanes ijum kemudian membentuk Jawaika, dan Andy Alo bergabung dengan the monalisa, kini bermusik bersama Ajer.
