A good feedback is not necessarily an advice. Advice is something, that has worked for me in the past, and I think it is also good for you now. Much more interesting is to share how I feel while I am listening to you and to be an alive response to it. 
That brings us much more into the immediacy of the moment and reveals a lot of subtle information to us and to life. Sharing the presence and the space between us is what transforms the energy.

Trauma, light and language - which emotion is 'pain'? Language is one of the prisons that keep us away from the present moment. Usually our language is crystallized past and the pathology of the shadow is already incorporated in our daily language. If we want to awaken to another step of culture we need to awaken from the habit of speaking in a way that fixes the past. Our emotional system is the bridge beween our thoughts, our emotions and our body.
