Funky-T is one of Gold Coast's sought after producers & DJ's. Having played right across South East Queensland he has supported global house music brand 'Defected'' on their February 2020 Australasia Tour and again supporting the label in the return to Auckland in November 2022.

At the very core of this DJ sits a genuine passion for House music,  Funk/Soul & Disco having over 15 years of combined industry experience as a DJ, and entertainment agency business owner of Good Vibe Entertainment providing DJ's and live entertainment to venues throughout Queensland.


Funky-T has performed at many Gold Coast venues holding his long standing 4 year residency since 2016 at The Island Rooftop. Having also played many other venues across the Gold Coast such as Nineteen, The Garden Bar, The Clock Hotel, Chapter & Verse Lounge Bar & Lounge, Crafty's Bar (Harbour Town), Firecue Restaurant Nobby's Beach , Bine Bar & Dining, Taboo Tiki and Pallazzo Versace.

Kid Boom Box is a member of The Stereo Boyz which also consist of members Mixo (aka Applauze Beetz) and Mic Audio (aka Perfect Hell). Before becoming the super indie group Stereo Boyz they were a part of the “Rhyme Asylum” (1999 – 2008), a group that claimed a reputation of being one of Detroit’s most hardcore underground rap groups. Performing since a young age, the three MCs have created an undeniable stage presence, they master the ceremony, and in countless freestyle competitions the Stereo Boyz have earned the respect of every emcee they came across. Completing a three month tour across Europe in late 2011, with shows in Germany, France and Switzerland the Stereo Boyz have been internationally approved by fans abroad.

With Kid BoomBox & Mixo coming from Detroit and Mic Audio from Chicago they have created a perfect fusion of the Midwest. Combining strong lyrics with catchy hooks, their sound merges the best of both worlds: clever rhymes and beats that any hip hop fan will nod their head or move their feet to. The mixtape “B-Boyz” was Kid Boom Box first effort and has earned praises from rap fans worldwide, as well as Mic Audios following solo project “Hometown Advantage”. The Stereo Boyz dropped their EP “Live from the Ghettoblaster” on January 22nd 2011 and their highly anticipated debut album “Carz, Clubz & Theatrez” was released in the summer of 2014. Constantly in the studio recording and working on new beats and rhymes the group has several mixtapes from all group members coming out, making it impossible to be slept on.

The Stereo Boyz represent the past, present, & future of Detroit Hip-Hop. Their combination of Detroit Motown and Chicago’s House & Electro Pop sound has created a midwest masterpiece called the "ILLness Genre". Now it’s time to share that masterpiece with the world.

B-Boyz (Kid Boombox & BrandNew) of the Stereo Crew release the third and final video off their Mixtape Stereo Boyz presents B-Boyz. “Boom Box” is Kid Boombox’s solo joint on the mixtape: “I wanted to approach not just that song but the whole B-Boyz project with a style no one heard before. The “BoomBox” track was more of a part two to the solo track i did on (Stereo Boyz’) “The Illest Mixtape Ever” Project which was titled “How I Feel”, I wanted the listener to hear nothing but rhymes mixed with a great song yet at the same time make you forget how the original version went”
