Amazing! I like all of it except the first two stanzas, because the norn do still have the mountains. The bit about how they've lost their homelands did the same thing better :) Otherwise, amazing song, and brilliant thought. As a writer I appreciate this theme as well!

Notes:  While the Norn are generally a hopeful people and canonically most of them believe they will someday defeat Jormag and take back the Far Shiverpeaks, as a writer I wanted to explore what the underside of that looked like.  For a race with such strong connections to the past, how would they feel about the loss of their ancestral home?  On long cold nights around a fire, where is hope then?

These movies were my childhood. I went back and watched the first two Bionicle movies again, and the thematic material gave me goose bumps. This is just my take on a couple of the themes he composed.

his is a live recording on piano of the heroic Monster Hunter Proof of a Hero theme. This was very difficult to learn to keep the style of the original piece, bearing in mind I use no music at all (I also had to relearn it in a new key!) I also decided to use a sharper sound on the piano by playing a lot heavier.
