So with the 5AM Trio, we've been talking a lot about how to make more trap-style tunes to play in our sets. One day I was at the bouldering gym and a marimba melody popped into my head along with a break-beat style drum groove and thought "ooh that's hot", so I ran home and sketched-up the initial idea for "Heat". After jamming on it a bit with the Trio, as it often does, it turned from a simple, singular idea into a dynamic journey through trap, house, and breaks that will be really fun to explore in future live sets.

Speakerwhore Since ‘94!

Fell in love with music (and David Bowie plus Billy Idol) at a very young age. About a decade later, as luck would have it, I was taken to my first rave and heard techno music for the first time. I was obsessed, but back in my he early 1990’s this genre of music was extremely challenging to find as a young pre teen. I quickly found friends within my high school that had also been to these warehouse parties and we went FULL SEND into the scene. 20 years pass and someone turns me on to CloZee & BAsS MuSiC (@-Thought Process u got me) and I have never felt so in love and passionate about anything in my entire life.
