Amsterdam Techno Sessions is a weekly Techno event, held every Thursday, in Amsterdam.

We are delighted to have partnered with Threads radio to create our first radio show. In every show, we will invite local and international acts to showcase their work. 

Our seventh guest is no other than the Portuguese Techno pioneer A.Paul! You don´t need introductions when it comes to A.Paul!,  head honcho of Naked Lunch Records and OnhCet Records, with releases in major labels as Kombination Research, Impact Mechanics, Illegal Alien Records, Suara, New Rhythmic_recs to name a few...

As a DJ he was voted best Portuguese Techno DJ , for several years, and his unique sound, taste, and technique granted him a position on some of the worlds mega-events like Awakenings, Evolve (Canada), Nature One Festival, Rock In Rio - Lisboa, SYNDICATE, Ruhr in love, Tecnolandia, Aquasellafest , Decibel outdoor festival and clubs like Fabrik madrid, Moog_barcelona, Panama, Makumba (Spain), Poemaraw, U60311 (Germany), Inox (France), Locomia (Portugal), Rocks (Portugal), Kremlin (Portugal), @pachaofiroficial (Portugal) and many many more.

Hello to everyone, I'm just a music listener since I was born "1974"!!! Without music the world is wishy-washy.
I've done voice in a punk band called "Breakdown Brain" here on my land, but since invented Techno,

JorDanah and David have been working in art and design for over 35 years and ever since they met, 25+ years ago, visual art and music has been defining their relationship.

Bios:
David: 30+ years’ experience in 2D/3D design and production, along with training in photonics and photography led him to the development of large visual communication campaigns for leading companies.

Danah began as a Miami painter of wall murals and worked in Miami broadcasting and is an international school art teacher, 35 years experience, with a bachelor of Fine Arts and a Masters of Art Education. Intuitive feel for composition and ingrained with the rules of aesthetics ensure the output looks great!

“We started making and live mixing video art for the love of electronic music as source of imagination and a platform for visual expression. We are driven by our love for music, whether a hefty Techno set, Electro, Breakbeats, D&B, House, Hip Hop, Psychedelic, Grungy post punk or Funk, music can be storytelling and wants us to express that in a visual way.”

Today we have established creative collaborations with a growing number of Event organizers, creative recording and radio studios, labels and DJ collectives.

We keep creating new artwork and video content every week, usually released on the Fridays of Amsterdams Most Wanted Radio video streams!

Connecting local communities across the world and empowering people to express themselves through music, discussion and art.

Auch wenn es heutzutage kaum noch jemanden interessiert oder überhaupt manch einer  weiß was ein klassischer Dj da überhaupt macht... Ihr werdet  bei mir keinen Bpm-Counter ,Sync-Knopf, Controller ,Laptop oder Software beim Auflegen zu sehen bekommen...Denn seit dem ich auflege (2002) bastel ich mein Kram mit etwas zu groß geratenen und ein wenig zu weitabstehenden Lauschern , Fingerspitzengefühl und ein wenig Taktgefühl im kleinem Arsch zusammen.. Wie sich das halt für einen vermeintlich wahren Vinyl-DJ gehört.  Nichts gegen Euch da draussen,die das nutzen, aber es gibt nun mal nen riesen Unterschied zwischen nutzen und Können...

Desweiteren einige Spielereien am DAW. Ich möchte es , bescheidener Weise , nicht als Demo-Tracks bezeichnen.
