En nuestra trigesima septima entrega tenemos el agrado de presentar a Rodrigo Agüero, mejor conocido como Dying, DJ Productor nacido en Argentina. 
Con presentaciones desde el año 2008, Dying ha trascendido internacionalmente actuando en clubes como Tresor, Der Stur, Studio 21, Cocoliche, Under Club, Bahrein, Niceto Club, Avant Garten, King Club, Osa Club llegando a compartir cabina con artistas tales como Dj Surgeles, Tadeo, Benjamin Damage, Philippe Petit, Christian Wunsch, Jonas Kopp, Andres Zacco, y Seph entre otros. 
En 2012 comienza a editar sus colaboraciones en formato digital y durante el mismo año lanza su primer vinilo de referencia "Conviccion" con su socio Barakat en el sello francés CLFT con remixes de Mattias Fridell, MTD y Jeroen Search. Más tarde en 2016, el dúo obtiene su segundo lanzamiento en vinilo, titulado "Modernismo" con la colaboración de Bleak en el sello francés Knotweed Records. A su vez en el 2018 lanzaron juntos su tercer vinilo de referencia titulado "El Sueño de una Teoria", obteniendo el apoyo de grandes artistas del panorama mundial.
Esto permitió al proyecto "Dying & Barakat" embarcarse en su primera gira en dúo por varios países europeos, lo que les llevaría a presentar su LIVE set en el mítico club Tresor de Berlín. Ya en 2019 lanzan su cuarto lanzamiento en vinilo "Exploración Desconocida" en Axaminer Records de República Checa.
Este año Dying presenta su disco "Ciudad Incognita", un lanzamiento que celebra el 10º aniversario de Knotweed Records mostrando una evolución con diferentes visiones del techno, haciendo un viaje por los sonidos sin límites.
El constante avance en la experimentación y producción musical influenciado por el sonido de Chicago y Detroit lo ha llevado a desarrollar una visión particular con una perspectiva futurista sobre la música electrónica, sus producciones exploran en exclusiva Ambient, Deep y Techno.

For the 13th episode of the Amsterdam Techno Sessions we invited the STRGHT label honcho Thomas Hoffknecht!

 Thomas Hoffknecht is a DJ and producer based in Hamburg, Germany. Despite his European roots, you can clearly perceive the Detroit Techno influence on his productions and his powerful hybrid DJ sets! 

On his hybrid sets, he elegantly combines sequenced samples from the Pioneer Toraiz SP-16 with the most powerful beats using 4 CDJS, therefore creating unique and magical sets!
As a producer, he released on top labels like Drumcode, Micro.fon, Sleaze Records, OFF Recordings, DISTRICT4,  Codex Recordings, nonlinear systems and his Strght label and collaborated with artists as André Kronert , Alex Bau, Brian Sanhaji, Dj Emerson,  Jeroen Search, Mark Broom, Truncate, Thomas Schumacher to name a few…

Bio:
Producer hiding behind the Tumrok alias went through unpredictable fate twist when he faced the sound design descipline. Alike eponymous Russian Far East vulcano ridge's behavior his musical talent was sleeping until 2011. So when the art of soundsculpting drew his attention it even made him to postpone the medical biologist career for a while but you can defenetly feel the scientific approach he use to create music. Seems like he observes a broad scope of themes and techniques in contemporary underground techno to tie them together as a single, coherent field. Rich in mesmerizing textures and details the sound landscape of Tumrok come alive once you push the play button. No wonder his first release is launching on ambient and hypnotic techno oriented Unknown Timeline.
