This week’s episode features Boston based Bruno Limma by way of Araranguá, Brazil, with releases on Mentha Records, Little Helpers, Mind&Vision, and Sudd Records. Bruno Limma is a dear friend of mine whom I met when I was living and coming up in the Boston electronic scene. A longtime veteran of both rocking the DJ booth and working minimal tracks in the studio, I’ve learned a ton and have been inspired by him and his sound, faith and work ethic. It’s a great pleasure to have him as a guest on the first hour out of this week’s microminimal episode. This week he digs nice and deep into his crates to bring us a slappin’ vinyl only set. By fate, he also closes his set off with a song off the legendary Perlon label, coincidentally the same one I play first in my hour. Episode 7 airs October 22, which falls on Bruno’s birthday.
