Christian Nielsen has never been one for musical pigeonholes, but with his new 'Pull Up' EP on Pets Recordings, the Danish producer takes that ethos to its logical extreme. Two tracks. Two distinct moods. One cohesive, club-ready package.

Made not in some plush Berlin bunker but in the most democratic of studios - his kitchen, after the kids were asleep - the limited time and space, allowed Christian to focus on what really matters - the groove, the vibe, and making every sound count.

The title track, 'Pull Up', is pure peak-time propulsion: raw, rhythmic rap vocals locked tight to a driving, big room chassis, built for the kind of dancefloor moments when the energy shifts from simmer to boil. Flip it to 'Infinity', and the mood changes to melodic,   yet propulsive textures with a more a spacious arrangement that's designed for losing yourself.

'I wanted to create something that feels both nostalgic and fresh,' Nielsen says. 'The idea was to capture that spontaneous energy you get when unexpected elements collide in the right way.'

Melbourne's own A.Well is back with another groove-laden gem, and it's got more bump than a taxi on cobbles. "Start That (Original Mix)" is the latest from the 24-year-old DJ/producer making serious noise Down Under and beyond. The man behind The Club Well Agency, TwelveEvents, and the late-night show Night.Time is cooking up some seriously chunky house tunes. 

After making waves with his 'In The Air' EP on Refuge Recordings, A.Well is dropping heat with "Start That" on Well Records. This track is a dancefloor weapon, with a bassline that's head-nodding and foot-stomping. It's got that hypnotic groove that'll twist the crowd into knots at any basement session or tunnel party.

A.Well's sound is getting the reload every time from the warehouse crew. Supported by big names like Laidlaw, Parker, and Dennis Sulta, this track comes with serious street cred. His previous bangers have already rattled the East Berlin sweatboxes and London afters, and "Start That" is no different.

Manchester’s AJ Christou is back on Hot Creations with ‘Bang Bang’, his follow-up to 2023’s ‘Babaloop’ EP, and it’s a release that reinforces why he’s been in such high demand over recent years. With two original cuts and a charged remix from Italian duo ItaloBros, the package captures the depth, drive, and distinct groove that have defined AJ’s rise. Following up on his debut appearance on sister imprint Paradise Music last year alongside A-Trak, this latest release sees him step further into the spotlight on Jamie Jones’ flagship label. 

Title track ‘Bang Bang’ leads with crisp percussion, slinky grooves, and a hook that’s been igniting AJ’s sets worldwide. “‘Bang Bang has been a staple in my sets for well over a year. Happy to finally share it with the world,” he explains. On the flip, ‘EM District’ brings a deeper, hypnotic energy with trippy textures and rolling swing designed for locked-in late-night moments. Closing things out, ItaloBros mark their own return to the label and step in to rework the title track, turning the original into a hard-grooving, club-ready bomb that perfectly balances intensity with playful energy. 

Since his breakout on The Martinez Brothers’ Cuttin’ Headz label, AJ Christou has built a discography that spans Crosstown Rebels to Fool’s Gold Records, and has also established his own imprints, V-House Sound and Celesta Recordings. With global highlights from The Warehouse Project to Ibiza institutions in Amnesia, Hï, and Ushuaïa, he continues to shape the house, minimal, and techno landscape with a sound that’s his own: groove-driven, refined, and dynamic.
