To those who read this, talk to someone about your feelings. Ignore the idiots and assholes who tell you to suck it up or "Be a man (or woman)!" A few words is all it takes for someone to help, and those words could turn a "just too late" into a "just in time".

for anyone struggling, it does get better. Trust me, ive been put in a mental hospital over 16 times due to attempts from the age of 13, i lived with my abusive grandparents at those points, and i was in a very very toxic place in life. im almost 16 now, and living with my dad and step mom. i still struggle with self harm,, but please know it does get better. You just have to push through. it is so worth it. ive gone to therapy for 11 years of SA, and never got better,, but now im in good therapy, and actually have a therapist that listens. Life is worth staying, even if you don't see it yet.<3
