Philipp Eckert aka ECKRT is from Bavaria, Germany,  he started mixing music like 4-5 years ago. It was always a big dream putting all his favorite tracks together in one Mix and showing it to his friends. ECKRT went through a lot different music styles over the years. At first he always played Melodic Techno and Techhouse, changed to Downtempo later till he fell in love with Deephouse, that is his current favorite. The sound of piano and violin is pure heaven for him. At this point you can escape the everyday life and just vibing with your tune. He's working on some new downtempo stuff too again. So he has never committed his self to a special kinda style of music because he love it all. But Deephouse is truly one of his all time favs. Lets go and have fun!

BIO:
It's been almost 20 years since he started spinning vinyls. Since then, his fascination with good sounds has been steadily progressing and the collection of vinyls has been growing. During his sets, he doesn't like limitations, so you can hear dark, uncompromising techno, but also a lot of warm, and sometimes even melancholic musical landscapes. He tries to serve the floorshakin' flavors in order to rest the tired minds later, transferring them to more melodic routes. He despises monotony, his sets are well-thought-out and served in a good style. Together with friends, he runs Pozytyvka collective that organizes music events, DJ workshops and recording streams.

Music has always been a real passion, even from an early age, listening to the likes of Fleetwood Mac, Genesis and Pink Floyd.
He started off perfecting the art of mixing and blending tracks using vinyl and has been doing so on and off since the late eighties.
Early Electro and Acid House, lead him into the realms of the UK Rave Scene from 1988 - 1993 and He was lucky enough to go to some of the biggest outdoor raves in the UK, hosted by the likes of Sunrise, Biology and Fantazia. He was a regular at the Astoria Night Club in London where the likes of Fabio & Grooverider, Paul ‘Trouble’ Anderson and the legend Carl Cox frequented the decks. Those were the days when Carl Cox would mix tracks with 3 turntables, hence earning the name the ‘3 Deck Wizard’.

I do have a very varied taste in music, but my real love is anything electronic. Deep House, Organic House, Melodic House, Progressive House, Techno and Ambient.

SRS has been producing his own tracks now for about 3 years and is currently working on a project under the pseudonym Lakota Rayn, producing Deep and Organic House music.
He would describe his mixes as deep and diverse...which take you on a real musical journey.
