Japan is collection of 15 Analog drum breaks including over 120+ 1 shots of Kicks, Snares, Hi Hats, Percs etc. This pack explores the textures and grooves of Japanese Soul, Electro and Fusion, recorded between 1975-1981. These are the perfect breaks for any sound designer looking to get inspired by to write chords or find melodies outside the tradition 4/4 metronome clicker. Each break has its on distinct texture, character and swing, fills and ghost notes to keep the breaks not sounding repetitive. Recorded and processed thru tons of Analog tube gear, Tape Machines including the Ampex 440b, Drum Machines such as the Roland CR-78 and vintage reverbs including the RE-201, EMT 140 and natural room verbs to give you the raw grit and texture of a track you might find on a Electro or Jazz Fusion record from that late 70s to early 80s golden era of Japanese music. Recorded thru some of the most rare and sought after analog equipment such as Quad Eight MM-310b preamps straight out of the Motown Sunrise console from 1973, Telefunken V72 Tube Preamps, RCA Bx 44 Ribbon mic, KM86 mics, Electrovoice 635A all processed thru vintage reverbs like the EMT 140 Plate Reverb the Polyphonic Studio Live Room. You can hear the texture, warmth and authenticity in every vocal take as if it were recorded in the environment of an early to late 70s studio.

Mario Luciano Vol.1 contains 12 original multi genre compositions and within this pack you'll also get 10 ANALOG DRUM BREAKS recorded with vintage mics and drum sets to bring you the feel and tones of those RAW boom bap drum breaks. I took a different approach while making the melodic elements in this pack. I wanted to challenge my to create dark, obscure, trap and psychedelic vibes with unique rhythms and patterns using mostly the new MOOG 1 analog keyboard to give you the sounds and textures of what you might have heard in 70s or 80s Italian horror film. I also used instruments like live horns, flutes, strings, vintage piano, vocals, hammond B3 organ and guitar to give you those old 70s soul vibes I'm known for. All mixed, processed and recorded thru tons of new analog gear I've gotten like the RCA BX-44, Teletronix LA-2A, Roland Space Echo RE-201, Vintage Vibrosonic guitar amp to bring you those warm vintage analog textures. Mario Luciano Vol.2 is a collection of 10 Original Compositions with STEMS option included. Ranging in genres from 70s Soul, Jazz, Gospel and Prog Rock. Each sample is fully arranged with multiple sections for you to pick from and chop to preference. Created and processed entirely with vintage Analog equipment such as the V72 Preamp, Altec 436c, LA2A, Fender Rhodes, Vibrosonic 70s AMP, MOOG ONE, Hammond B3 Organ, vintage mics including the RCA Bx-44 and Reslo Ribbons. All the reverb and Fx processing was done thru the RE-201 Space Echo, Univox Delay, vintage mu tron pedals and mastered directly to an AMPEX 440B 1/4 Tape Machine. You can hear the warmth and texture in every sample authentically to what you would hear on any of your favorite old school vinyl records of that mid to late 70s era.
