Clubroot - Faith In Her

Just a little thing I did with a sampled piano mixed with sculpture and a bell sound, then arpeggiated, the bass sweep it's a simple distorted Serum ran thru a delay.
It's nothing crazy, but kind of a relaxing track, so I figured some people would enjoy it during sexy times or while having a bath or some yoga, or while sitting on the couch scratching their genitals.
The dude in the picture is me, the dude who took the picture is me, no it's not photoshopped, it's just a long exposure shot with a really hi ISO

Je manque pas la lune des yeux, quand je mate les cieux, mais j'suis maqué elle est seule, un âme lunaire dans un corps de chair, pourvu que dans son charme je n'm'enlise plus, car une année lumière me sépare de ma perle et j'ai peur de la perdre de vue, qu'elle ne veuille plus, me défaire de mon sommeil, m'évader dans ses draps

À terme, j'vais finir bloqué par terre, j'veux pas refaire les mêmes pattern de flemme je veux parfaire, tous mes sens mais j'ai pas l'flair pour l'essentiel et j'ai pas l'air adéquat pour parler fier de mes affaires, j'évolue à l'air dans le ciel ou la mer et c'est pas clair mais c'est pas terne non plus, je m'écarte ère, dans l'ombrelle entre sol et étagère (état j’ère)

Et mes jours, je les écoule tranquille, à l'écoute des autres mais sourd si c'est sans cible, si c'est sensible, je m'équipe d'empathie et de mes ondes pour vétrou tout le sens, un ascenseur, pour les autres mais un poids pour moi même quand j'me perd dans mes songes, la sagesse, en guise d'arme mais la flemme m'enkylose donc j'accepte les options que mes pensées m'offrent

Car c'est elles (mes pensées hein) qui m'évitent pas mal de sequelles, qui me dictent comment bien disséquer, toutes les prises de risques, pour que j'évite de m'dire, "t'aurais pas du temps perdu, c'est quoi le but, tu veux ceper? mais t'es bon qu'à poser tes fesses et mater la lune, ça tu sais l’faire..."

J'accuse mes doutes mais le vrai fautif c'est moi, j'veux plus me mentir c'est mort, et si l'astre dont je cause est en fait une métaphore de ma flemme ou de la femme de mes rêves, faut que je médite ce soir, faute de repli sur soi, forer dans les mines de mes songes, forêt illuminée de la seule, l'unique, la pleine, la lune, à l'appel je réponds, à la pelle je creuse 

Pour trouver la foi, toucher ma perle, pas refouler la joie, de m'être poussé à l'faire et si j'arrête ici c'est qu'je touche du bout du doigt le but à terme, dubitatif mais deter d'agir je déterre la motivation je me casse, puis si ca rate tant pis j'ai agi, car l'échec n'est q'un pas de plus vers le Grâal

Christian Löffler - A Forest

Seit 2008 veröffentlicht der Mitbegründer des Kölner Musik Labels Ki kontinuierlich elektronische Musik. Dass er gerne zu künstlerischen Kollaborationen bereit ist, stellte er zuletzt 2011 auf der Ki-Spilt No.2 Baltic Sea gemeinsam mit Steffen Kirchhoff unter Beweis. Dort tauchten zum ersten Mal Vocals in Löfflers musikalischem Schaffen auf. Einmal auf den Geschmack gekommen, hat Löffler sich bei A Forest für gleich drei Tracks stimmliche Unterstützung geholt: Die gebürtige Dänin Gry Noehr Bagøien begleitet ihn bei Feelharmonia mit endlos gelooptem, gepitchtem sphärischem Summen, aus dem sich erst allmählich ganz artikulierte Wörter formen. Mohna, Frontfrau der Hamburger Band Me Succeeds unterstützt Christian Löffler bei Eleven. Auch Poet Marcus Roloff hat am Album mitgewirkt, seine mal implizit, mal explizit bedrohlich düsteren Texte fügen sich perfekt in die Löfflersche Klangwelt ein.

Für die dreimonatige Arbeit an seiner ersten LP, zog sich Christian Löffler in ein kleines Haus einer ehemaligen Gartenkolonie bei Usedom zurück. Dort gab es nur einen Raum, ein Fenster und einen Ausblick: Wald. Bei seinen Touren durch die karge Nachbarschaft hin zum Meer sammelte er die Geräusche ein, die ihn umgaben: Blätterknistern, Brandungsrauschen – mal beruhigend, mal bedrohlich, so wie Natur eben ist. Hohlige Holzsounds ziehen sich als mal leises, mal lauteres Geklöppel durch viele Tracks der Platte.
