“Dub Club Vol. 1” is the first compilation from Dublin’s club night & label “Thrust Collective”. Dublin’s nightlife scene and community have been in crisis mode for the past few years, all due to high rents, archaic licensing laws and landlords gutting several cultural spaces and nightclubs. “Dub Club Vol.1” is a compilation with a dual aim, to provide a platform to artists who have found themselves stripped of their cultural spaces, and to raise much needed funds for ICHH, an organisation who's outstanding work helps improve the lives of those struggling in Dublin City on a daily basis.

"Dub Club" is a sonic glimpse of a brighter future for Dublin, restating the fact that despite the continuing lack of spaces and constant setbacks, this city is still rife with talent and class music.
