The Villa an underground club sanctuary in Oslo that has quickly achieved a reputable status thanks to a consistent run of interesting, current, and cutting edge bookings. Located in the center of Oslo, The Villa provides a place where people are able to come, leave their inhibitions at the door, and dance the night away to the beats of both national and international respected DJs.

Since its opening in 2007, The Villa has been voted by both DJ Mag and Resident Advisor to be amongst the 100 best clubs in the world. 

The ethos The Villa lives by is to focus on quality sound, quality music and state of the art light design. The sound is pretty unbeatable. The Funktion One speakers are truly allowed to shine within the impeccable acoustics of The Villa. The light design is courtesy of Roomdivision, the same company that has designed lighting for clubs such as Panorama Bar, Watergate and Arena Club in Berlin and Spark Club Taipei 101 in Taiwan.

The list of highlights in The Villa’s history is lengthy. A few unforgettable moments include when a 64-year-old Debbie Harry rocked the dance floor, Skream diving out of the DJ booth and surfing the crowd, when all the lights in the club cut out as a result from too much electricity in the air during Zabiela’s set, and the sweat literally dripping from the walls as Bonobo worked his magic.

Still, it’s the pure magic from the local dj’s and artists that makes The Villa the club it has grown to be. They know the crowd and the crowd knows them. 

In a Crystal Labeija birthed scene, Byrell The Great has made a name for himself as one of the top ballroom Dj’s with works like the Vogue Workout series, his Chopped Cheese mixtape, and his ballroom club banger Bubble Drip. His ovah beat production has led him to have his music placed in multiple fashion ads, movies, and tv shows amongst other things.

Chti exilé en Bretagne, Cravach manie la techno, la house et la musique électronique dansante comme un fouet : avec de la poigne, pour faire du mal et du bien en même temps. Producteur, pianiste/synthétiste et DJ, pour lui la musique est un partage et un moyen d'entrer en transe comme avec les musiques tribales.
