As a member of the infamous CUFF team Shiba San has become synonymous with that rugged, ghetto sound that represents CUFF and its owners Amine Edge & DANCE. Shiba comes from Paris (of course) where hip-hop was a strong influence to begin with, and that sound permeates through into the music he makes now with vocals and rough beats galore. His track "Okay" on dirtybird is killing it right now, and has been touted by many as one of the anthems of the summer. No doubt you'll hear it more than once at We Are FSTVL. I take a lot of inspiration from 70s and 80s soul and funk artists. It was an amazing time for musical movements and Roy Ayers changed the game. For me its all about his passion and realness. ‘Everybody Loves the Sunshine’ is a classic and one that I wanted to share with with a new generation. 

Im really enjoying working with these old school vocals. Taking classic the blue sounds of R&B and rebirthing them for the bass generation. Rhythm & Bass.
