This mix previews some but not all all the tracks taken from the live recordings of two phenomenal gigs at Rosario & Buenos Aires in late September 2013 . Bedrock proudly present a 4xCD & 5x12" Vinyl release with an exclusive DVD of live footage and John Digweed interview which is only available exclusively from the Bedrock store.

Featuring 5 hours of music from artists such as Tiga Vs Audion, Tiefschwarz, Deetron, Nick Curly, Martin Buttrich amongst others.
The DVD features 40 minutes of live footage from Rosario & Buenos Aires along with commentary and interviews with John about getting to the gigs and his anticipation of both parties. Filmed and edited by Our Man In The Field the recording really captures an intimate view of the clubbers at both Metropolitano and Mandarine Park along with its host John Digweed giving an amazing first hand representation of the parties and the vibrant scene in Argentina.

Once again Life and Death presents an assemblage of some of today’s finest artists with a Various Artists release of such high quality that it could have easily stood out as distinct and separate releases. But together these producers and their contributions combine to create something even greater than the sum of their parts. A story assembled from different voices that slowly builds from Sei A’s opening Muladhara-centered “Hyper Venom” and takes off from there, following the path of these musical Mahatmas as they riff on various states of elevation. 

Following Sei-A’s opener is Locked Groove’s shift to the Undenary with “Eleven”, a triumphant score for the everyman’s ascent. From there, the ever adept Scuba comes strong with “Glacial”, a deep track that shifts focus back and forth between both what lies below the surface and what climbs above it. And then, finishing the rise upward is Alex.Do’s expertly woven “Rising” which delivers on the promise that its title offers, never backing down and moving ever onwards and upwards even in its final rising tones.

​Enchanté to you as well, Dim Sum. After knocking out remixes for ODESZA and Foster the People, not to mention mobbing Hype Machine like it's nothin' with their tune "High Love," Parisian duo Dim Sum have put together a debut guest mix for us. 

The selection, featuring the likes of Biggie Smalls and Moon Boots in addition to a number of remixes and originals, has strong pool party vibes, but with a particularly french twist that'll have you picturing newfangled bikini cuts and exotic cocktails made out of fruits with names you can't pronounce.
