Synesthesia is the ability to see color when hearing a tone/pitch. When I hear E minor, I see a deep maroon...beautiful, mysterious and powerful at the same time. Based on Simon and Garfunkel's "Sound of Silence" The Sound of Maroon tells the story of a mysterious lady's journey. No one knew her, but she had been blessed by The Spirit as the heir to the throne. She was born in a little town, but was called by The Spirit to embark on a journey. She traveled though the Arabian cities, the Spanish barrios where a small band accompanied her. Finally, she made her way into the place where destiny called...and was welcomed by all. Hail to the Scarlet Queen. Hail to The Sound of Maroon.

Thundy The Griffon is a musician with over 20 years of experience. He is a multi instrumentalist that plays over 10 different instruments including piano, saxophone, guitar, drums, bass, mandolin, trumpet, ocarina and hanpan. He started composing in 2009 and later picked up production and songwriting. He now has been composing and producing for 16 years. Thundy also sings and writes lyrics. You can find Thundy The Griffon on YouTube as Thunder Dash. Thundy also manages two other SoundCloud accounts. One account hosts his much older works while the other hosts custom synth sounds and other resources.
