Question: Let us step in your shoes for a day. What's for breakfast, whats your daily routine, and when is music involved?

Answer: I wake, shower, make a kale, ginger shake, make some coffee, shit, either go on a 6 mile hike or hit the gym for a couple hours, battle with my adhd and figure out how to tackle the rest of the day. Depending on how things are going down I will either work on music or hit the decks for a few hours, if either of those activities are feeling right ill scroll the internet for new tunes and look at shows to attempt to attend.
